Carole A. Hafferty attended Providence College and received a B.S. degree and thereafter received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University School of Law. Ms. Hafferty was admitted to the Connecticut Bar in 1990 (retired) and the New Jersey Bar in 1991. After graduating from law school, Ms. Hafferty served as a law clerk to the Honorable David M. Borden of the Supreme Court of Connecticut. She was an associate at Shanley & Fisher (Drinker Biddle) from 1991 through 1994. Ms. Hafferty thereafter opened a title insurance company, and later returned to legal practice in the areas of real estate, estate and family law. She has been an associate of the firm since April 2015. Ms. Hafferty is a member of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court, the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Morris County Bar Association.
