Jane B. Simpson, Esq. – Partner

Ms. Simpson received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bates College in 1989 and received a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1995. After graduating from law school, Ms. Simpson served as a law clerk to the Honorable Barbara Zucker-Zarett. Ms. Simpson has been admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Ms. Simpson is a partner at Haber Silver & Simpson specializing in all areas of family law including divorce, dissolution of civil unions, prenuptial agreements, custody issues, child support, and alimony. Ms. Simpson is a certified mediator and volunteers as a Family Law Early Settlement Panelist in Morris County. She is a member of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court, the Family Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and the Family Law Section of the Morris County Bar Association. Ms. Simpson currently is a member of the Family Law Executive Committee and formerly sat as a Trustee on the Executive Committee of the Morris County Bar Association. In addition, she has participated in the JBWS pro bono domestic violence program and has provided pro bono assistance for the Partners for Women and Justice.
