Jennifer M. Russoniello, Esq. – Partner
Ms. Russoniello attended Drew University and received her B.A. degree with Honors in 2004. Thereafter, Ms. Russoniello attended Rutgers University School of Law – Newark and received her J.D. in 2010. Ms. Russoniello was admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the New York Bar and the Federal Bar in 2010. After graduating law school, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Mary Gibbons Whipple, J.S.C., of the Family Part in Morris County. Ms. Russoniello joined the firm of Haber Silver & Simpson as an associate in 2011 and became partner in 2019, making our firm Haber Silver Simpson & Russoniello. Ms. Russoniello’s practice is in the area of family law including divorce, custody, visitation, alimony and domestic violence.
Ms. Russoniello is a member of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court and volunteers her time with Volunteer Lawyers for Justice. Ms. Russoniello also serves as Pro Bono counsel for the Women’s Legal Advocacy Project (“BWLAP”), representing victims of domestic violence.
