Sherry L. Silver, Esq. – Partner

Ms. Silver received her B.A. degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and she received her J.D. from Yeshiva University Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.  Ms. Silver is admitted to the State Bar of New Jersey and the United States District Court of New Jersey.  During her years of practice, Ms. Silver has been a certified matrimonial mediator and she has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases throughout her career including family, landlord-tenant and commercial matters.  Ms. Silver now focuses her practice exclusively in the areas of both residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters as well as commercial litigation.

Ms. Silver is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Ms. Silver serves as a mediator in the Special Civil Part in several counties throughout the State.  She has done pro bono work for the Legal Assistance for Women program at the Linda & Rudy Slucker Center for Women under the auspices of the National Center for Jewish Women and has also given numerous seminars at the center.  Ms. Silver is a Partner at Haber Silver Russoniello & Dunn and has been with the firm for over twenty years.
